The Capitalist Club House Rules

Guests are welcome.
Members are encouraged to bring guests who would add to the room. Please check guests in when they arrive, introduce them where appropriate, and remain responsible for them during their visit. The Club works best when new faces are welcomed, but not left wandering.

Respect the room.
Please show respect to members, guests, staff, furniture, equipment, games, workspaces, and every corner of the Club. This place belongs to all of us in a way, so treat it like somewhere worth preserving.

Work is welcome. So is conversation.
Laptops, calls, and work devices are part of what makes The Capitalist Club useful. That said, certain areas and certain hours are more social by nature. Be mindful of the room you are in, the people around you, and whether the moment calls for work, conversation, or both.

Bring the right people.
The Club is built around business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and people who enjoy being around like minded individuals. Guests should understand the tone of the space and add to the overall experience.

Children and family.
The Capitalist Club is not a children’s facility, but we do believe family has a place in a well-built life. Children may be welcome at certain times, especially during lower-traffic daytime hours on the weekends or family-friendly events, as long as they are supervised and respectful of the space.

Privacy matters.
People come here to work, relax, build relationships, and have real conversations. Please do not take, post, or tag photos or videos of other members or guests without their permission. The Club should feel like a place where people can be present without feeling like they are being broadcast.

Dress like the room matters.
There is no formal dress code. That said, this is still The Capitalist Club. Whether you are here to work, meet a client, play cards, record content, or have a soft drink after hours, dress in a way that respects yourself, the room, and the people you may run into.

Use the amenities with care.
The golf simulator, pool table, darts, podcast studio, gym, conference room, workspaces, and other amenities are here to be enjoyed. Please leave them ready for the next member.

Don’t make the staff parent the room.
If something feels off, say something. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you bring a guest, take responsibility for them. If you use something, return it the way you found it. Simple rules make the Club better for everyone.

Protect the culture.
The Capitalist Club is more than a workspace. It is a business lounge, a network, and a community. The goal is not to make the room exclusive for the sake of being exclusive. The goal is to keep the room valuable.
